1. In Windows, click on the windows icon at bottom left to launch programs, scroll down to find Starmicronics 2. Click On Configuration Utility 3. Select ESC/POS Emulation Mode 4. On the left, click on Print Job Routing 5. Check the check box Enable ESC/POS routing and click on Apply changes 6. Restart the printer
